AFTER SUFFERING A HEART ATTACK.
RATLIFF WAS A 35-YEAR VETERAN WITH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
HE WAS SCHEDULED TO RETIRE IN JUST TWO WEEKS.

ONE OF THE ALLEGED ROBBERS IS DESCRIBED AS WEARING A BLACK HOODED SWEATSHIRT.
THE OTHER APPARENTLY HAD ON A GREY HOODED SWEATSHIRT.
